There are various clubs in the college for the students to cater to their need of enhancing their overall
personality as well as to develop other skills. The activities of these clubs will take place throughout the year in club meetings which will be held once a week. Every student is expected to be a member of at least one of the clubs. |
Academic Club |
The academic club organizes workshops, lectures, seminars and symposia during the academic session to supplement and widen the sphere of knowledge. |

Productive Work |
Under this programme students are taught tailoring, food preservation, candle-making and craft items. |

Entrepreneurship Club |
The club provides motivation and guidance to students to become self-reliant and confident to start their own enterprise or business by equipping them with necessary information and skills. |

Cell For Women’s Studies |
The objective of this cell is to make specific efforts to |
sensitize students and help them understand different aspects of |
problems related to women and to hold workshops and |
seminars to give a wider and more integrated perspective on |
women’s issues. |

Communication Skills |
To be able to speak and write lucidly and effectively is a fast growing need of the time. Training in communication skills will prepare you to face interviews, participate in group discussions, make a speech or presentation and write reports. |

Each discipline can select a project and collect information through surveys and fieldwork. |

Career & Personal Counselling |
This cell discusses and answers queries about career options and also trains and develops skills for coping with educational, personal and social pressures. Full advantage of this cell should be taken. Presentations by different career institutes and campus interviews for job placements are held under the aegis of this cell. |
